1. Digital Marketing Refund Policy Overview

Mpower Ad Agency provides digital marketing and business services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, SEO, website design, creative services, lead generation and related consulting.

Because these services may involve planning, research, account setup, creative work, campaign management, development time and resource allocation, payments are generally treated as payment for the agreed service or work.

2. Free Consultation

Any consultation, initial discussion or free audit clearly identified as complimentary is provided without a service charge.

3. Advance Payments

Where an advance payment is required, it may be used to reserve service capacity and begin planning, research, design, development, campaign setup or other agreed work.

Once work or service delivery has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved by Mpower Ad Agency or required under applicable law.

4. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or other advertising networks are separate from Mpower Ad Agency's service fees.

Once an advertising platform has charged or spent an amount, that amount is not treated as a refundable agency service fee. Any platform-level refund, credit or billing adjustment is subject to the relevant platform's own policies and approval.

5. Digital Marketing Services & Refunds

Payments for campaign management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, SEO, lead generation, creative services and related professional services are generally non-refundable after the agreed work has started.

Marketing performance can depend on many factors outside the agency's control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, offer quality, website performance, customer response, advertising-platform decisions and the client's sales process.

Therefore, service fees are not automatically refundable because a campaign does not achieve a particular number of leads, sales, revenue, CPL, ROAS or other performance target unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

6. Website Design & Development

For website design or development projects, work may begin after approval of the project scope and receipt of the agreed payment.

Once design, development, content preparation or other project work has started, payments already made are generally non-refundable. Approved revisions will be handled according to the agreed project scope.

7. Third-Party Costs

Charges for third-party services such as domains, hosting, advertising platforms, paid software, plugins, stock assets, tools or other external services are subject to the terms of those providers.

Mpower Ad Agency is not responsible for refunds that are refused by a third-party provider.

8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, the client may contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, Mpower Ad Agency may process an appropriate refund or adjustment where applicable.

9. Cancellation by Client

A client may request cancellation of a service by contacting Mpower Ad Agency as soon as possible.

If work has already started, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any unused portion, adjustment or refund will be considered based on the service stage, work already completed, third-party costs and the agreed scope.

10. Refund Exceptions

In limited circumstances, Mpower Ad Agency may consider a refund, adjustment or service credit at its discretion after reviewing the specific situation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable, consumer rights may also depend on the laws and regulations governing the transaction.
